Sam Blackie's Charity ride from John O'Groats to Lands end
With the recent onset of shocking weather, spare a thought Sam Blackie, a triathlete and patient of Crystal Palace Sports Injury Clinic who is currently battling his way down the country on a ride from John O'Groats to Lands end. Sam will be covering a total distance of over 1000 miles, climbing a total of 60,000 feet in 9 days all to raise money for the Paralympic games. Recently he had the opportunity to ride along side the Paralympic cycling team and to take a quote from Sam "they were absolute animals! I can't believe how quickly they went up some of the hills!".
If you'd like to follow Sam's progress check out his update on twitter @samblackie and if you'd like to support his cause check out

Best of Luck Sam!
