Last Monday night saw 25 registered marathon running hopefuls attend the first of our seminars on 'Marathon running essentials'. Our Clinical Manager Ben Waldock and Sports Masseur Trevor Simmons (who has run the event over 20 times) presented on topics ranging from types of injuries to keep an eye out for to simple ways you can find your friends and family in the crowd. We have recieved great interest in these talks which are being performed for the second year running so will be doing another on the evening of Monday 7th of February from 8.15pm.
